Chevalier Commercial Centre (其士商業中心) is at 8 Wang Hoi Road in Kowloon Bay, on the MTR street map at Kowloon Bay station, Exit A. It was completed in 1992 and has 20 storeys and 120 units, according to the Home Affairs Department's database of private buildings. Floor numbers run up to 23/F, so the numbering and the storey count differ.

The upper floors are offices, and the tenant list leans towards engineering and construction. Chevalier International Holdings, which owns the 19th to 23rd floors and part of the 10th floor, has its head office on the 22nd floor.
